The Aesthetics Lab is a modern aesthetic medicine atelier, which provides a hand-tailored antidote for men and women seeking subtle appearance refinement as well as those in search of a restorative remedy for a maturing appearance.

     Heidi Panczner is a registered nurse with over 8 years experience in critical care and emergency medicine, 2 years interventional radiology and endovascular medicine and more than 6 years in aesthetic medicine. Heidi is more than familiar with utilizing the multitude of resources available in aesthetic medicine to enhance and tweak the appearance to better align ones outside with their inside. 

     Heidi has always had an appreciation and curiosity of beauty and wellness. Having been subjected to the harsh standards of beauty herself as a young aspiring model in NYC; she observed and analyzed the standards of appearance set by some of the most genetically blessed men and women in the world. While youth is often synonymous with beauty, Heidi believes beauty isn’t defined by age and should be appreciated by all regardless of age. It became clear to Heidi within the last decade or so that this once highly coveted standard of eternal youth and beauty had become increasingly more accessible thanks to the widespread availability of plastic surgery and cosmetic aesthetic medicine. 

     Taking matters into her own hands Heidi began experimenting with the world of aesthetic medicine at the forefront of the movement. She was an early adapter to the preventive and anti-aging properties of injectables. Soon after graduating from nursing school and during her work as an emergency room nurse Heidi commenced her career in aesthetic medicine working with neurotoxins and dermal filling agents. Heidi perfected her aesthetic skills over the years, while maintaining her work in the ER. Ultimately, it became clear in early 2017 it was time to redirect focus to her one true passion of helping people look and feel their best, that she made the decision to open her own boutique space and leave the ER behind.

     Heidi is trained and certified in basic aesthetic injectables, as well as advanced-injectable practices, Kybella injections, platelet-rich-plasma injections, microneedling with platelet-rich-plasma and hair restoration with platelet-rich-plasma. Heidi also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and maintains many certifications in emergency nursing as well as maintaining per diem work within Interventional Radiology and Endovascular Medicine.

     Heidi brings a sharp eye for detail. She presents a true passion for teaching people about the aging process, and endeavors to work with her clients to create realistic attainable goals for achieving natural looking results.
